Two generations under one roof. Once in a while, their two worlds collide. There is undoubtedly a degree of stubbornness in the Tyrolean character. Not to mention their fierce temperament... But at some point, every discussion comes to an end (depending on who runs out of energy first). And then we all pull together again - as a family should do.

Like all the Perauers, Manager Mike also makes no compromises when it comes to quality. And why? Values are held in high regard here but what’s more: values are lived by. Reflecting on traditions, genuine hospitality and warmth, a passion for their homeland, the required dose of fun and honesty through and through - that's what a Perauer is all about.

A Tyrolean original with similar characteristics to the good old Andreas Hofer. But one difference is that our ‘free spirit’ is distilled on the premises and liberates the stomach after eating.

Going stalking!

Hunting has a long-standing tradition among the Perauers.

It has long bestowed a unifying experience on the father and son in their local forest - and this is then passed on to our guests in the form of a special culinary event in autumn: Perauer’s wild game weeks!

This never fails to reveal just how many gourmets go wild for our delicious wild game!

We are passionate about local products and in addition to game, also offer bacon, jams and our home-made bread.
