Like all Perauer's employees, even Junior Chef Mike makes no compromises when it comes to quality. Why even? Well, values are held in high regard here; more than that, they are lived for. A consideration of traditions, sincere hospitality and warmth, a great deal of love for their homeland, the requisite charm, and sincerity through and through - all these qualities are combined in a Perauer employee.
An original Tyrolean, with characteristics similar to those of good old Andreas Hofer, just that our 'free spirit' is home-distilled and after a meal relieves your stomach.
The only thing which we are not completely honest about is our three stars. We're telling a few fibs there ... for the wow effect ;-)
