Perauer’s home-made bacon based on an old family recipe (pork for all non-vegetarians), the home-baked farmhouse bread(much too delicious to share), home-made jams (to refill time and again) made from fruits of the season, hearty crackling fat, spiced smoked sausages (ah, one more won’t hurt...) and many other speciality sausages and last but not least, our hotel apricot brandy (which will blow you away!) - all of our treats are also available to enjoy at home!
