Indeed it has nothing to do with the juicy, fresh meat from our happy pigs, lambs and beef cattle, who lead a fulfilled life on our Zillertal mountain farms before they finally landed on our master butcher Hans' table. These high-quality products from the hotel's own butchery form the basis for our established traditional and international cuisine. We do of course meet any dietary requirements ...anyway vegetarians enjoy very special treatment here with us.
