... and this in the best sense of the word: because in our THE BUTCHER BAR you can’t only chill, also the meat ;-). And who gets stomach growls when you look to our Dry Agers? – Don't worry – in addition to our own beer, fine gins, great wines, sensational cocktails, fine grappas or sparkling wines and champagnes, our Butcher Barman also serves a "daily secret" from our butchery as well as various antipasti every day. Yes, even an iconic popcorn machine we have in our house bar, which is also open daily from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. for non-hotel guests (in winter).
The only challenge: to pass our dog SPIKE (whose name resembles that of our landlord by the way) and who (just like our boss) is actually a very sweet little fellow ;-) So come over and hang out!
